R.I.P: KITBOKLANG KHAR

Dear Parents, Students, Teachers, Well-wishers and Friends,

St. Anthony’s Higher Secondary School, Shillong, regrets to announce the passing away of Master Kitboklang Dhar of class X B in a road accident on 11th May 2012 at Mawiong (Mawlai). He, together with his classmates, the vice-pricipal and two other teachers,  were on theri  way to Don Bosco Institute (DBI), Guwahati for an orientation programme, met with a tragic accident and died. Just after Mawiong, on a turning point the truck which was coming from theopposite direction, with a high speed, stright went and hit the sumo killing Master Kitboklang Dhar and injuring the rest in the sumo. The Lord has given him to the school and the Lord has taken him away from us. We  express our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of Kitboklang Dhar and continue to pray for the eternal repose of the soul of Kitboklang Dkar. May his soul rest in peace.

To keep his memory alive the school will keep a memorial service on 15th May at 9.00 am in the school premises. Therefore, I request all the students to reach school by 8.30 am and may return home after the memorial service at 10.00 am.  there will no class on that day.   All the students to bring a flower each to offer floral tribute to the departed soul.
